To enter the community, all guests must be registered at the Main Gate House upon arrival.

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

● Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking to confirm reservation
● Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children and infants (per local regulations)
● Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

Big Bass Lake Registration (Required):
● $52 ($50 + 4% processing fee) registration fee per group
● Additional $52 late fee ($50 + 4% processing fee) for registrations within 3 business days of check-in
● $15.6 fee per request ($15 + 4% processing fee) for any changes to registration
● Registration for same-day check-in is not permitted
● All community fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted, regardless of a canceled reservation.

Optional Amenity Passes (Seasonal):
● Weekdays: $8 per person/day
● Weekends: $10 per person/day

Please note: Amenity fees, availability, hours, and access are controlled by the HOA and may change without notice. Check the official community website or call the office for the most up-to-date information.

Additional notes:
● Guest profiles must be fully verified (ID required)
● Refunds subject to 6% processing fee
● $40 damage waiver applies to all reservations
● Due to the wooded setting, occasional insects or wildlife may be present despite regular pest control
● Burn bans may be issued by the community depending on conditions
● Starter supplies are provided for 2–3 nights; additional items can be purchased nearby (ShopRite, Weis, Dutch’s Market)

● Doorbell camera at main entry
● Floodlight camera facing driveway

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

By booking our home, you confirm you agree to our house rules, additional fees, completing the rental agreement, and community registration within 24 hrs.

● Must be at least 25 years old to book this property
● This property can host a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations
● Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times
● No pets
● No unregistered guests allowed - All visitors must be approved by Wander Home
● No unapproved parties or events
● No fireworks
● No indoor fires. The fireplace is not in working condition.
● No food down the drain
● Flush only toilet paper down toilets
● No glass, pets, lotions, oils, soaps, etc. in hot tub
● Replace hot tub cover after use
● Trash - Separate regular and recyclable garbage, and dispose of all garbage during your stay by taking it to the dumpsters located directly behind the Gate House. Plastic bags should be thrown in the regular trash bin. Garbage dumpsters are open 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week.
● Dishes - Please wash the dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out.
● Follow all Big Bass Lake community rules.
● If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
● Respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'
● Penalty: $500 for unauthorized late checkout
● Penalty: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules
