● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be dirt or loose gravel, and they can be very icy or snow covered.

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.
● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.

Pool Information
The pool is cleaned prior to your arrival. As the pool is outdoors, leaves and other natural debris may occasionally accumulate during your stay. A pool skimmer is provided for guest use.

REGISTRATION:
Guests are REQUIRED to register with Stillwater Lakes Civic Association. We will send you a form to complete the registration.

MANDATORY fees are as follows:
● Transaction Fee per Rental: $77.25 fee per group (mandatory)
● All community fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted, regardless of a canceled reservation.

Additional fees (optional) for Stillwater Lakes Civic Association community amenities access (summer only):
● Wristbands can be purchased at the community office upon arrival
● $5 per day for guests 10 and older
● No charge for guests under 10

● Access to the Stillwater Lake community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.
● Please note, the fees listed above are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Stillwater Lake community.

● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.
● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.
● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the local jurisdictions without prior notice.
● We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: ShopRite, Weis Market, ALDI, Wawa
● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:
● 1 doorbell camera at the main entry door

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

● Replace hot tub cover after use
● TRASH - All trash must be in bags. Place bags in the trash cans located next to the driveway and secure the trash can lids. Do not leave trash or unattended food outside.
● DISHES - Please wash the dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out.
● Follow all Stillwater Lakes community rules
● If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
● Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'
● PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late checkout.
● PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules.
