● PROPERTY ACCESS NOTICE: The only road access inside of the community will be temporarily closed Monday-Thursday 10pm-5am, starting on October 27th and continuing for approximately 4 weeks. No alternative routes will be available during these closures. Please plan accordingly, and contact us for additional updates as needed.
● Guests are welcome to access the river at your own risk. Do not allow children near the river without adult supervision.
● Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed
● Parking for up to 4 vehicles.
● Early check-in and late-check out may be accommodated with a fee ($75 each). Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Payment will only be collected once we confirm that your request can be accommodated.
● Late check out without our approval will be subject to a penalty of up to $500

● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
● You must travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads tend to be sloped and can get very icy, including the road and driveway leading to our property.

● The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.
● This property can host a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

● Guests are REQUIRED to register with Winona Lakes no less than 2 days from the arrival date. A registration form will be sent to you that must be filled out immediately. There is no fee for registration. Unfortunately, renters do not have access to the community amenities

DOG FEE:
● $100 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.

● Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation.
● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed.
● This property is on a cliffside with steep access and fall hazards. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay, as it might not be the best option for elders, young children, or those with disabilities.
● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
● NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Super Foodtown, Price Chopper, Weis Markets, & CVS
● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
● When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.

SECURITY CAMERAS / AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES:
● The property has two exterior security cameras on-site. One Ring doorbell camera is located at the main entry door. The other security camera is located on a tree trunk at the top of the steps at the lower parking area.

● We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You and your party will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
● Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
