Located just 100 feet from the sand, Sea Lion Surf is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath, 1200 sq ft coastal getaway with panoramic beach views and a rich history. Originally a 1965 Marlette single-wide, the home was thoughtfully expanded in the 1980s, doubling its square footage and adding quiet comfort. Guests enjoy a spacious living room, two large bedrooms, one cozy bedroom, and a stunning glass sun porch that feels like a second living room.
