On the main floor, one bedroom has a king bed and TV, and one bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have private baths. The king bedroom has a walk-in shower and the queen bedroom has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and TV. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen, and one on the roadside has two doubles. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The three upstairs bedrooms have TVs. The dining room table seats eight, and there are also six stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities include a 12' X 24' beautifully landscaped private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, six TVs, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. There's a pack and play crib for your little ones, and a booster seat. You'll be able to enjoy a shady, relaxing evening on the ocean facing covered deck, or catch some sun rays from the upper deck. This property is located approximately 150' from the Leland Street beach access. This house has keyless entry. The golf cart outlet is under the carport.*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
