Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, one of them only about half a block away, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, washer and dryer, dishwasher, blender, Keurig coffee maker, and regular coffee maker, iron, and Wi-Fi. This property provides Streaming on two Smart TVs may be accessed with guest's own account. The bathrooms have all new vanities. The dining room table seats eight. Sunbathe on the wrap-around large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool. Make sure to have your camera ready for some great sunset photos.
