Sand Dwellers I - A3 - Upton is a first-floor condo in an oceanfront complex in Ocean Isle Beach. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it accommodates up to five guests and keeps the layout straightforward by placing the living spaces and bedrooms on a single level. A private balcony faces the ocean, providing an outdoor spot to take in the waterfront setting.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday meal prep and longer stays, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and dishes/utensils. Coffee options include both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. A washer/dryer is included for in-unit laundry, and central air conditioning is provided.

For downtime indoors, the condo offers Wi-Fi and three Smart TVs for streaming using guest accounts; cable service is not provided. One bedroom includes a TV. The sleeping arrangement is two queen beds and one twin.

A seasonal community pool and an outdoor shower are available on the property. Linens are included with the reservation: sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and bath towels are supplied up to the unit’s maximum occupancy. Linens are delivered in a labeled bag before arrival and should be placed back in the bag outside the front door at departure for pickup. Paper and soap products are not provided. All units are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Parking passes are provided, and additional passes can be requested in advance if needed.
