Both levels have the same layout: one king and one queen bed in one room, and two bedrooms with two queens in each. All bedrooms have a TV and a private bath. There's an additional living room upstairs with a 55" Plasma TV, a game table, and two futons for your "drop by" company. The dining room table seats twelve comfortably, and there are seven stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include private pool, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, two dishwashers, five burner gas stove and new convection oven, microwave oven, blender, ice maker, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, ceiling fans and secured Wi-Fi. With the large deck, the extended living area to the outdoors, the great tiki bar by the pool, and the gorgeous ocean view, you might not ever want to go back inside. A putting green is available - fun for the entire family.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. THIS PROPERTY PROVIDES PILLOWS AND BEDSPREADS.
