The main level is the heart of the home, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a half bath and laundry room. Upstairs, two expansive primary suites with kings beds offer private baths with showers and direct access to an outdoor living space.

One of the standout features of this home is the expansive porches on all three levels, each offering sweeping views perfect for enjoying sunrises, sea breezes, and evening cocktails. An elevator serves the first and second floors, making the home easily accessible for all guests.

The home is equipped with a beautiful updated kitchen with modern appliances along with conveniences such as a free-standing ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender and big seafood pot.
