Great Location! The "Kyser Cottage" is just down the street from the ferry to Bemus Point but on the "quiet side"! Modern 3 bedroom/2 bath home with a/c unit. Shared dock for 1 boat, no use of lift. This home does sit back from the lake and offers a screened in porch on deck. 3 Cable TVs, DVD,VCR. No telephone. Gas and Charcoal grills. Owner will accept a small dog (under 30lbs please) with additional cost of $225 ($100 refundable security deposit if no damage is done). BD#1-Queen, BD#2-Full, BD#3-twin and bunks. SLEEPS 6 MAX. No smoking. Optional Trip Cancellation insurance is $96.75. Rents FRI to FRI
