Property Information

Gorgeous, three year old fully furnished condominium with a gas fireplace, full kitchen including refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove and oven, all small appliances and breakfast bar. Approximately 1356 square feet with two bedrooms, two full baths, dining area, breakfast bar, living room, balcony. The living room has a 32" TV, DVD player, and stereo. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 27" TV with DVD/VCR and a large walk in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a 20" TV with DVD/VCR, and a XBox game system. The complex currently has a clubhouse with business center, exercise room, pool, hot tub, indoor grill room. In the future, there will be a second pool in the rear of the property with hot tub, arbor, playground, and picnic area. Brick pavers, water features with fountains, gazebo, bridge, etc. are planned to be complete by the spring.

Great Southern Golf Course is next door to the complex. The location of the complex is approximately six and a half miles west of the Beau Rivage, a mile from Presidents Casino, six miles east of the Grand Casino Gulfport. Deep sea fishing, water sports, white sandy beaches, entertainment, golf, shopping, wonderful restaurants are all within a short distance. Community is gated and secure. One hour from New Orleans.

Required Stay: 2 night minimum

Deposits: 35% of total outside 15 days of arrival, 100% of total inside 15 days of arrival.

Lodging Tax: 12%

Cancellation Policy: $50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Forfiture of the entire deposit result if reservation is cancelled within 15 days.

Other Fees: $95.20 cleaning fee

Other Policies: Not pets or smoking, no glass around the pools other policies are posted on the refrigerator in the unit.
