Property Information
This condo has brand new wall-to-wall carpet. The vaulted ceiling gives it a feeling of openness. There is a roomy upstairs loft bedroom with 2 twin beds and a skylight overhead for those dreamy summer evenings. The downstairs back bedroom, has a queen size brass bed and TV. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, stools and captain chairs at the eat in counter. The bath is complete with a tub, shower and vanity. The family room is complimented by a queen size pull out couch, 2 lounge chairs, TV, and VCR. The outside area has privacy fences on either side of the ajoining units, a table that seats 4 or six and a picnic table that will seat more if necessary. It also has a propane grill. The beach is so close you have the marina in the next yard which offers trips to view the seals and Monomoy Island. We have both kinds of surf rolling (10 min walk)and quiet bay. Walking distance to lighthouse & Main St. Linens are provided for $100. This condo is on floor 1 of 1.
