Pineapple Place is a small, well-kept
property just across Ocean Blvd. from
one of South Florida's award-winning
public beaches with lifeguards, a
fishing pier and lighthouse. It is
nationally rated as a Superior Small
Lodging. Enjoy our swimming pool,
BBQ area and tropical landscaping. A
coin laundry is also located on the
property.
We are centrally located in the
safe, ocean side community of
Pompano Beach, 15 minutes North of
downtown Fort Lauderdale and 15
minutes South of Boca Raton. Walk to
waterfront restaurants, shops,
snorkel/dive boats, charter fishing
boats, jet ski and boat rentals and
more. The closest 36-hole golf
facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a
10-minute drive for easy access to
attractions and shopping throughout
South Florida.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards. |
| Check In: Check in beginning 4 p.m. |

| Required Stay: Three nights |
| Deposits: A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card. |
| Lodging Tax: 11 percent |
| Cancellation Policy: n the event of cancellation, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, minus a $300 administration fee. Travel insurance is recommended for anyone who is unsure whether they may need to cancel.
