This is a lovely, tastefully renovated oceanfront home with panoramic ocean views. There are 3 bedrooms & a bunkhouse. You have a private path directly to the sandy beach. This portion of the beach is used only for adjacent homes, no public parking in this area to access the beach. This property goes from shared driveway off of Seaside Ave. to the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house + cute “bunkhouse” adjacent to house & deck. Home is located in the prestigous area of Saco at Bayview. BED SETUP: Master has a queen + a large deck off the b/r facing the ocean with beautiful ocean views. The 2nd bedroom faces the ocean & has a 1 full bed. The 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds (twin mattresses). The bunkhouse has a set of bunk beds (twin mattresses) & a TV. This home is strictly limited to 9 including any guests, because of a septic system on the property. There are 2 decks, one off the kitchen & the 2nd deck off the master bedroom to watch the sunrises or the beautiful moon rises. There is a large, private yard. One full bath is on the 2nd floor with shower/tub combo. New half bath off the living room (small but functional). Dishwasher; microwave, lobster pot & tools, washer/dryer; gas BBQ grille, patio set, Cable TV; DVD, “wireless” internet connection, enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water. Home is open concept with a dining area, counter in kitchen with bar stools & a large living room facing the ocean. Parking is limited to 3 cars only in the driveway as this is a shared driveway and it cannot be block at all. Sorry, no pets allowed. All of this privacy only $3,800/week. Off-season rates vary.

Saco is about 3 miles south of Old Orchard Beach which offers amusements & gift shops , located at the ocean on Saco Bay. From the beach area, it’s 5 miles to Funtown, a theme park & water park; about 7 miles to the Aquaboggin, a water park; about 10 minutes to major supermarkets. We're half-way between Kittery & Freeport for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to South Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. It'll take about 1-1/2 hours or so from the Boston area.

Need a smaller place? I handle several houses for neighbors & friends for rentals, varying sizes(1-5 bedrooms)and prices. All are in the same general area from Camp Ellis & Ferry Beach in Saco, to Old Orchard to Pine Point. Saturdays. Some allow pets.

We're 2 miles south of Old Orchard Beach are at the ocean on Saco Bay. Bonfires are usually allowed on beach with fire department's permits. Old Orchard has amusements & gift shops. We're about 5 miles to Funtown, a theme park & water park; about 7 miles to the Aquaboggin, a water park; 10 minutes to major markets. We're half-way between Kittery & Freeport for outlet shopping; 20 minutes to So. Portland to a major mall and 20 minutes to Portland. We're about 1-1/2 hours or so from the Boston area.

Saco is about 30 minutes north of Wells & Kennebunk areas. There's a petting zoo in York about 40 minutes south of here and a smaller petting farm in Scarborough, about 30 mins. from Saco. Camp Ellis where the Saco River meets the ocean, unspoiled with high rises. There are two local restaurants, a bait & tackle shop, an ice cream & gift shop, a mile-long jetty to fish off of or just to walk on, a large dock with both fishing & pleasure boats in the harbor. You can also fish right off the beach itself. Camp Ellis is a "Fishing Village" area now dotted with newly-remodeled homes and some of the older ones still here. It is still an active fishing area. There is whale watching, kayak rentals & a small general store around the corner.
