Three bedroom townhouse with Pool and two off street parking spaces. First rental season with all new furniture and appliances. The sleeping accommodations consist of: One Queen Bed, One Double Bed, One Pyramid Bed, and One Queen Sleeper Sofa and Two mattresses for extra sleeping requirements.
First Level: Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Half Bath.
Second Level: Three Bedrooms, Two Baths, as well as a Washer and Dryer.
Located just one and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk.
Two-zoned Central Air Conditioning. Kitchen includes Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Cooking Utensils, and Dinnerware (service for eight). Cable TV in each Bedroom with VCR. (2 Bedrooms have VCR & DVD). Cable TV in Living Room with DVD/VCR. Large Dining Room Area.
