There is an 18 hole championship golf course weaved throughout the property. A transfer fee ($250) entitles you to green fees and cart for $25 per day and use of all the amenities and activities.
The clubhouse is 25,000 square feet with restaurants, state-of-the-art fitness center with aerobic studio, full service pro shop, driving range, large heated swimming pool with spa, saunas, six tennis courts, and pool and game room.
Across the street from the condominium is a local condominium association swimming pool as well.
