Beautiful setting in Kentucky overlooking Dale Hollow golf course bordering the Dale Hollow State Resort Park. This fully furnished home has two bedrooms with double beds and one full bath upstairs. One bedroom with double bed is on the main floor with 1 1/2 bath along with kitchen, dining and living room. The basement is fully finished and very nice with four double beds and one single.
The front porch is a great setting for relaxing in the evening watching the bluebirds after a long day of golf or other activities. If you are lucky you may see deer or turkey.

Spring and Summer Rates(May 1st-Oct. 31st) $200.00/night with a 2 night minimum or $1100/wk. (Additional charge for over 8 people)
Fall and Winter Rates(Nov. 1st - April 31st) $140/night with a 2 night minimum or $700/wk. (Additional charge for over 8 people)
All applicable tax is added to all rental fees.
One night's deposit must be recieved within 10 days of reservation request. The rental amount and any applicable taxes are due upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to you within 5 days of checkout provided there is no damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required.
Reservation/security deposit cannot be applied toward the rental fee. Deposit is refundable less $75 processing fee if cancelled prior to 14 days of rental reservation date. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of rental date.
Renter must be 21 years of age.
No rain checks or refunds for late arrivals, weather conditions or other unforseen circumstances
