This beautiful designers own home is a total of 2,688 sq. feet of all marble floors throughout. It sits about 50 yards from the Caribbean Sea. The villa is located on the grounds of the Omni Hotel, and is the largest villa on the property. The Omni is a 5-star hotel (#3 on the July 2004 Consumers Report for a luxury hotel, with the Ritz Carlton #1 and the Four Seasons #2). Upon entering the villa, there is a separate entrance where you can see the dining area with a mirrored bar, and step down living room. To your left is a powder room, shower, and laundry room. The living room includes a 50' television with DVD and VCR. There is a fabulous new kitchen with a dishwasher and refrigerator with an ice maker. The master bedroom offers a steam shower for two, including telephone and radio. All bedrooms have two sinks and terraces with beautiful views of the Caribbean. We can offer a shopping service for you so your shopping is there before you even get there.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
There is an additional $70 per person each night after 6 people. There is a $1,000 deposit required as security for any damage to the Villa. This is returned upon departure as long as everything is in the condition you have found it. A check will be issued to you. A 50% deposit is due at the time reservations are made. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. If there is a cancellation within 45 days of arrival, there is no refund, however we would be happy for you to stay another time. We except personal checks, no credit cards. All taxes are included in the rates.
