$50 per night for each additional person.
50% deposit is required to secure the dates. If cancelled 60 days ahead, 20% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 30 - 60 days, 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If cancelled between 1 - 30 days, no money will be refund unless the unit is re-rented out. In this case 50% + difference on the rent will be charged.
Full payments are required 30 days before the arrival date.
There will not be any added taxes, no cleaning fee.

Punta Cancun Condo is located at Kilometer 9.5 of Hotel Zone. If you are interested in dining out, I found Japanese Restaurant across the street, Traditional Mexican Restaurant, Italian, French, Chinese, etc, all in walking distance. If you are interested in history, the Mayan History Museum is just 2 blocks from my condo. The world famous Mayan ruins at Tulum is just a 2 hours drive down the coast. If you are interested in water sports, they are within 5 minutes of the condo. SCUBA AND SNORKELING, jet skis, parasailing, and sunset cruises on big pirate sailing ships.
