Our beautiful condo is located in the cooler elevations of the Waikoloa Village. Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views while either enjoying your morning cup of Kona coffee or having a cool beverage after a long day at the beach. Green flashes are real here in Hawaii. Enjoy discounted Golf at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones. The Waikoloa Greens are located on luxuriously landscaped grounds fronting the Waikoloa Village golf course. Located along the 2nd fairway, this turn-key furnished condo is one of the best deals around. With a swimming pool, whirlpool spa and barbecue facilities on site, all you need are your golf clubs and sunscreen for a great time in the year-round sunshine of Waikoloa. Additionally, the Greens are within walking distance to a full size grocery store complete with a deli and bakery section; a bank; pharmacy; medical facilities, and several restaurants.

Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $300 + 1-night's lodging is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
