Shoulder Season (Sept-Oct) (Sun - Thur) $175/night
Off Season (November - May) (Sun - Thur) $150/night
*3-night minimum on Holiday Weekends, billed at weekend rates. Check in is 4PM EST; check out is 10AM EST during the summer. Off-Season varies. Please call a few days prior to your arrival to make arrangements to pick up keys. We will make special arrangements for late arrivals. Remember we are one hour ahead of Chicago Time, So please plan accordingly.
Directions to this vacation property:
Take exit 6 off I-94. Head west (toward the lake) on Townline/Union Pier Road. Cross over stop light at Red Arrow/U.S.12. Continue aprox 2 blocks, turning right on Lake Shore Road. Continue another two blocks, looking carefully for a small sign indicating "Sun Valley" on your right (just next to a large brown cedar home) Right into parking lot, 1st house on the right.
