Property Information
This charming fully equipped condo is located only 50 yards away from 600 feet of private beach. The beautiful wall of mirrors in the living room highlight the vaulted ceilings, wood beams and skylights. The livingroom queen size sleeper sofa is done in a floridian style; the room has a 25'' TV/VCR & DVD. Outside has a propane grill, patio table and 4 to 8 chairs seperated from next units buy privacy fences. The kitchen has seating for 4 at the counter and an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot,blender and toaster. The Master bedroom (queen) is on the first floor near the full bath shower/bath. Upstairs we have 2 twin beds in a walk up loft and a half bath. We are on the backside of South Beach at Little Beach, you can walk across to South Beach or Lighthouse Beach. You can take seal watching tours at Outer Most Harbor (which is next door)or walk to Main St or the Lighthouse. Linens are provided for $100. We take care of housekeeping just leave it broom clean. This condo is on floor 1 of 1.
