Catalina Island, CA vacation rental cottage very close to beach and town, in a quiet neighborhood.
The cottage is a two bedroom, two bathroom house with full kitchen and living room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4-6 people. The cottage is available for monthly rentals. You save on this program because we charge less per week than you would for a weekly rental. In addition no city bed tax is added to your charges. Get a couple of families together and share the time among yourselves and everybody saves. For those not familiar with Avalon, most of the houses are cozy, quaint and located close to each other and each has its own architectural style.
Ours is a ‘craftsman bungalow’, reminiscent of California during the early Hollywood days, but has been remodeled to current standards including such modern requirements as TV/VCR and microwave oven.
The cottage is located 2 short blocks back from the beach front main street in a quiet neighborhood the locals call ‘the flats’; this is the preferred area in Avalon for those who want to ‘just walk to the beach or town’ at a moment’s notice, as most of the island is very hilly. For most of our guests, using their own two feet is all the transportation they need.
This is our family vacation home and we are willing to share it with you. We ask that you take good care of her. This is not a motel with vinyl walls and indoor/outdoor carpeting, but a home that has provided lasting memories ... may you experience special memories too.

Rental periods can begin at any time during a month and run for 30 consecutive days, depending on availability. Rental periods can exceed one month.
We recommend you email or call to check on availability before completing the rental agreement, which is on line after our rate schedule.
Occupancy: 4-6. Inquire at time of reservation for exceptions, i.e. babies under 2 years with their own crib.
Cleaning during your stay is your responsibility. A cleaning service is available upon your request, please advise us at least 3 days prior to your requested date for type of service and cost. The cottage is checked for cleanliness and damage before and after your occupancy. Please notify us immediately if anything has been overlooked.
