Property Information
Indigo is the newest and most luxurious property on Perdido Key. It is the Pearl of Perdido.
No other property can compare. The difference is apparent as you approach the lushly landscaped entrance. You know, immediately, that this is luxury.
Access your own exterior foyer when your elevator doors open. Of course two double doors secure your exterior foyer from your interior foyer. Beyond those double doors, almost 1600 square feet of living space and two balconies make this third floor two bedroom, two and a half bath, your vacation home... one that is truly liveable. Nine foot tall sliding glass doors and expansive windows bring the beautiful Gulf Coast indoors... BarBQ while overlooking the blue Gulf,hot tub and 6,000 foot tropical pool from your 10 X 16 balcony. The landscaping, and sunsets, will take your breath away. An electric grill is provided for your convenience. A second balcony provides outdoor living off of the guest bedroom and overlooks the lushly landscaped entranceway. Both balconies have tile decking and comfortable seating areas.
Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size Serta sofa sleeper. Also, a builtin window seat in the guest bedroom and a chaise lounge in the master provide comfortable sleeping for a small child. Dual sinks, granite tops and travertine tile grace both full baths. A half bath with pedestal sink provides additional convenience.
Granite countertops, breakfast bar, quality built-in appliances and fully equipped kitchen will bring out the gourmet in you. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in wall oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, cook-top, and full-size washer and dryer.
Additional amenities include an armoire with 32" TV, DVD and stereo system in the living room, an armoire, 27" TV, DVD and stereo in the Master and a 15" flat panel TV, DVD and stereo in the guest bedroom. The Entertainment Center is stocked with DVD's and VCR Tapes for your use.
If you are entertaining a large group reserve the media room, or enjoy the fireplace and TV in the condominium social room.
Sorry, Condo Documents dictate that Rental Guests cannot bring pets and also only rentals of one week or more are allowed.

I wanted to thank you again for the wonderful vacation. Your condo was lovely! We had a very relaxing time. The whole place was truly beautiful. I loved that they had a kid pool area. That made it so much easier for my non-swimmers. The beach was beautiful, especially in the mornings. We caught a puffer fish (and of course let him go). My children wanted to go to Adventure Island every day, so we have dozens of worthless trinkets for keepsakes! Thanks again.

We had an amazing vacation during our stay at Indigo and enjoyed the condo so much. The third floor view was awesome. We were high enough for privacy, yet had a great view of the pool, beach and ocean. The amenitities within the condo were very nice and made our 12 night stay even more enjoyable. We have stayed in many nice condos in the NW Florida area and Indigo would be among the nicest we have stayed. We all loved the large pool and the quick access to the beach. The beach service with 2 chairs and umbrella really was a nice amenity. Would highly recommend Indigo and renting this condo unit.

TOP NOTCH ACCOMODATIONS!!The best we've found in all our Florida stays. We will definitely stay here again.The view from the balcony is priceless. The pool area is a step above all others. We cannot say enough about our stay in Perdido! The accommodations were marvelous—all the creature comforts of home—and the locale is second to none. Our three boys, ages 7, 5, and 2, had a blast in the gigantic pool, which has its own built-in, sloping beach-like area with fountains. The other vacationers were primarily families like us, which was very nice. One of the most spectacular and unexpected highlights of the trip was seeing the Blue Angels practicing for an air show! Needless to say, we will most certainly be returning guests! ~The Conowals
