We offer lodging accommodations consisting of cottages, cabins and efficiency motel rooms for both relaxation and comfort.

Our office hours are Mon - Fri and Sunday 9am - 5pm
Saturdays 9am - 7pm
For your convenience, we have snacks, ice, brochures to local attractions and menus to local restaurants.
Additional room keys are available for a refundable deposit of $5.00
Kayaks, rowboats and canoes are available from 9am - 5pm (weather permitting). A $20.00 refundable deposit and valid drivers license are required. Boats and equipment will not be available until 9am for use on Lake George.

One room, carpeted, 2 queen beds, heated, A/C, phone, color TV, HBO, shower, kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, deck, and barbecue grill.

O ur efficiency units offer a kitchenette with a full refridgerator freezer, microwave, cookware, utensils, charcoal BBQ grill, phone, color TV, shower and air conditioning. Enjoy a view of Lake George from your deck. We provide daily maid service and towels for efficiency units only.

Our one-room cottages are located lakeside on our property. Each cottage offers a complete kitchenette with full refridgerator/freezer, microwave, cookware, utensils, color TV, HBO, phones, air-conditioned, shower and breakfast nook. You can also enjoy your own deck and charcoal BBQ grill.
TWO BEDROOM COTTAGE - Rates for 4 persons
Three rooms, carpeted, 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin bed, heated, A/C, phone, color TV, HBO, shower, full kitchen, microwave, deck, barbecue grill.
(Unit 12) (max 5 persons in unit)
This cottage offers a complete kitchen with full refridgerator/freezer, microwave, cookware, utensils, charcoal BBQ grill, phone, shower and air-conditioning. This cottage does not have a seperate living room. The living room is located in the second bedroom. Enjoy the outdoors on your own private deck!

Our spacious three bedroom cottages are located next to our office. These units offer a complete kitchenette with full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cookware, utensils, charcoal BBQ grill, phone, shower and air-conditioning. The sitting area with TV is separate from the bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoors on your own private deck or picnic table.
DELUXE THREE BEDROOM -
Rates for 6 persons
Five rooms, carpeted, 1 king size, 2 double & 2 twin beds, heated, A/C, phone, 2 color TV's, HBO, shower, large living area, full kitchen, microwave, deck, and barbecue grill. (Unit 26) (max 7 persons in unit)
Our three bedroom deluxe Adirondack cottage is located midway on our property. This is our only unit located on the second floor, which allows you to have beautiful views of the lake and resort. This unit offers a complete kitchenette with full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cookware, utensils, and charcoal BBQ grill.
A large living room, 2 color TVs, HBO, phone, shower and air-conditioning.
*does not include holidays and special events,
· Each additional person is $20 per day.
· $10 per day for rollaway beds and cribs.
· Maid service is provided for Efficiency units only.
· Cottage guests supply their own towels and cleaning supplies.
· Off-Season and Pre-Season reservations require a 2 night minimum stay, excluding special events.
· Please call for Memorial Day, Americade, Labor Day and Adirondack Car Show rate specials.
· Not responsible for errors in this rate schedule.
DEPOSIT POLICY: Deposits are required to guarantee your reservation and must be received within 1 week of the booking date or the reservation is cancelled. A $700.00 deposit for all units for each week stayed may be paid by personal check, bank check or money order - sorry no credit cards. Deposits are a commitment for the full amount of your time requested. There will be a $30.00 fee on returned checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Sorry, deposits are not refundable.
