New furnishings and linens accompany the décor, which is equipped as a second home. Every kitchen appliance/cooking utensil is here! Available for your use are beach chairs, umbrella and large beach mat, so leave yours at home. Everything you could possibly need is provided; just bring your own eats! From your double patio doors you have a view of the Gulf, the BBQ grill/ picnic area below and of course the pool (heated seasonally) and hot tub. Shuffleboard, a pond with gazebo and much green space sets Grand Caribbean apart from other complexes in the vicinity. Your stay may include a round of golf at any one of the numerous outstanding golf courses, including Lost Key Golf Course less than a mile away.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

To these rates, a one time cleaning fee of $45.00 will be added. There are no other charges to the renter.

Perdido Key is an incredible beach destination with pristine blue/green water and white, fine textured sand. Johnson Beach State Park is literally steps away from your front door. Here you will find a beautiful, elevated nature walk trail and outstanding area for bike riding for the children.

Condo complex has elevator. Two TVs, Cable, DVD, VCR, cordless phone/answering machine, compact stereo with cd player, microwave, ceiling fans, blender, toaster, coffee pot, ice tea maker, waffle maker, and washer & dryer are available in this unit. In order to maintain the unit at optimum, no pets or smoking is allowed.
