Property Information
"Mt. Rose" is a modern home with old world charm located in the beautiful "Old Southwest" section of Reno, only five minutes from downtown Reno.
This gorgeous 3,300 square foot home truly has something for everyone. There is a wet bar, a four person sauna with a large adjoining shower on the main floor near the bedrooms, and upstairs, you can enjoy comfortable leather seating while watching a big screen TV in a large media room with surround sound, skylights, a remote controlled gas fireplace, and a granite wet bar. The home has five bedrooms, and four bathrooms on the main floor -- two of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the other three bedrooms have queen size beds (one also has a day bed with a slide out trundle.) For extra sleeping there is a second day bed upstairs in the media room. The home has 4 fireplaces and speakers are placed throughout the house.
On the private backyard patio, there is seating for twelve, a gas barbeque, a hot tub, a pool table, and a fountain. The home has a two car garage and additional off-street parking.

Regular prices: (2 night minimum)
$2,750.00 per week*
$1,275.00 three nights*
$1,200.00 two nights* (Sorry, but due to increased costs, we have had to increase our rates for two night stays.)
Special events prices: (3 night minimum)
(Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations & December 22nd through January 1st):
$3,400.00 per week*
$1,575.00 three nights*
*These rates do not include our $150 cleaning fee for each stay, or the 12% local room tax which we are required to charge on stays under 28 days.
If you would like to use the hot tub during your stay, we charge a $25 cleaning fee.
We require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensive cleaning is not necessary. (Please see our Rental Contract for more details).
