3 night minimum stay required.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and perfect for guests seeking a private and relaxing getaway. Events or gatherings require prior approval from the owner.
Absolutely no pets or smoking is permitted. Violation of either of these policies will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit.
50% of the total booking fee due at time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
$300.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of departure date.
$300.00 refundable security deposit and $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee applies to rentals of 2 weeks or less. Please inquire about deposits and fees for extended stays.
Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund.

Handmade pieces adorn the property in beautiful painted and stained finishes. All pieces are crafted from teak, mahogany and Indian rosewood. A unique 2-sided fireplace opens to both the living and family rooms. All linens and towels provided. Truly pamper yourself with newer pillow-top mattresses, 600 count sheets and pima cotton quilts. Fully equipped kitchen includes all tools, place settings and appliances necessary for entertaining at home. Relax in complete privacy! The villa sits on a corner lot bordered by only 2 single-story houses. 8-foot walls completely surround the property. Sunbathe and swim in your private courtyard that features a heated pebbletech pool and chaise lounges. The villa offers comfy leather sofas, digital cable TV, DVD player, high speed wireless Internet access and free long distance calling within the U.S. Park your vehicles in the 2-car garage during your stay.

I'm one of the couples that rented your villa with the Burwell group. I just wanted to share with you what a wonderful experience it was! My husband and I have had the good fortune to stay at several 5 star places over the years, and I have to say your place rates right up there with the best of them! Thanks for getting the heater in the pool before we got there. Fortunately the weather cooperated, and we were able to enjoy the pool several days.
Some of the extras that made the experience that much better are: FLUFFY towels, quality backup toiletries, wonderful cooking pans to include skillets that don't stick, a full spice rack, ample pillows and great bedding, the fan it the closet... I could go on, but I need to get to work. The above items may be simple, but together they made for a more pleasurable trip.
We hope to make it down there next year. Would love to stay there again!

Our two week stay at the "Villa Monzon" was perfect. What a beautiful home and setting! From the moment you enter the front door of this well-appointed home, you feel welcome, pampered and comfortable. The decor is beautiful, Mexican tile in the bathrooms, gorgeous iron beds, unique dressers, beaded lamps, lovely bedding, plush pillows and towels, leather sofas, distictive artwork, wood-burning fireplace and everything you need to make yourself at home in the Southwest. The walled yard provides the ultimate in privacy. There are two areas for dining, a barbecue, sky-blue, heated pool and lovely desert landscaping. We dined outdoors nearly every evening. The separation of the master bedroom and bathroom from the two guest bedrooms and larger bathroom, makes this home perfect for families and couples. The Villa is close to the airport and easy to find. There are many excellent resturants and shopping nearby. Everything was perfect from first contact, reservation, check-in, check out and follow-up. The owners take pride in this property and the service is excellent. Every detail was cleary communicated. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in Arizona and this is by far our favorite. The only recommendation we would suggest is a desk, in addition to the already present Internet connection, in the family room for those who must combine business and pleasure. We have already recommended the Villa to othes and will most certainly be back in October 2007.
