Indigo is the newest and most luxurious property on Perdido Key. Seven acres of exquisite landscaping, the largest and most glorious pool on the island, with a huge hot tub, picnic area with grills, swings and gazebo, and awesome indoor amenities including a huge theater, workout facility with the finest equipment and a private lounge with fireplace and wet bar. Two lighted Tennis courts, in a lush setting, round out the outdoor experience.
Access your own exterior foyer, when your personal elevator doors open. Of course, two double doors secure the exterior foyer from your interior foyer. Beyond those double doors, almost 2000 square feet of living space and two balconies make this sixth floor three bedroom, three bath vacation home one that is truly liveable.
Nine foot tall, sliding glass doors, along with other expansive windows, bring the beautiful Gulf Coast indoors. Enjoy the view of the pool oasis and the Gulf of Mexico from your 10 by 16 foot balcony. Charcoal grills are available at the pool level. A second balcony provides outdoor living, off of the two guest bedrooms. Both balconies have tile decking.
Sleeping accommodations include a queen in the master, queen in the first guest bedroom, two twins in the second guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Dual sinks in the master bath and granite in the master and first guest bathroom. Second guest bathroom has a pedestal sink.
Granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and quality built-in appliances will bring out the gourmet in you. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, built-in wall oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, cook-top, and full-size washer and dryer.
Additional amenities include wireless and wired internet, wide screen LCD high definition television, and TV/DVD/surround sound system in the living room. All rooms have a TV and stereo alarm clock.
Condo documents dictate that Rental Guests cannot bring pets and that only rentals of one week or more are allowed. This unit is a non-smoking unit. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
