Property Information
Chautauqua Creek Gorge: A perfect getaway to nature! Located on 30 wooded acres, on the ridge of the Chautauqua Creek Gorge. Pets are welcome with an additional $225.00, $100.00 of which is a refundable Security Deposit provided no damage is discovered. You can hike and swim in the summer, cross country or snowshoe in the winter. Great for family reunions or other group activities. **Please Note** Any reservation that will have more than 8 people at any time during your stay will be charged an additional $225.00 for a (PARTY FEE), $100 of this fee is a security deposit which will be refunded provided no damage is discoverd. Outdoor camping available during the summer months. Master bedroom with king,bedroom 2 queen, bedroom 3-4 sets bunks. Loft area 3 futons can sleep up to 4. Plenty of nature to enjoy. No smoking in the cabin. NEW-Property now has washer/dryer, telephone, internet (WIFI-during summer season, phone/WIFI has been turned off for the winter months. Hot tub will only be available during the winter when the cabin is rented for a full week, sorry not available for weekend stays). Access to snowmobile trails and cross-county skiing for the winter! Optional Trip Insurance is available for an additional $128.80 per week during the summer. **RENTS FRIDAY-FRIDAY DURING SUMMER SEASON**
