Relax in private pool overlooking lake and golf course. Private views from every window. Community pool 5 minute walk. Private gated beach access to enjoy miles and miles of uninterrupted beach walks, beautiful sunsets, bar-b-que grills and restrooms are for your convenience. The area offers boating, fishing, golf, tennis & scuba. The Colony Tennis Resort is a 5 minute drive offering daily drills and lessons for the more serious tennis player. A paved paths runs the length of the island for jogging, walking and biking. We have four bikes and helmets for your use. St. Armaund Circle Sarasota and Ann Maria Island within 15 minutes offering tons of shopping and dining. Busch Garden, Adventure Island Water Park and Baseball Spring Training Camps all within one hour drive. Kissimmee and Disney World Parks, etc an hour and half. The villa has all the amenities of home plus some.
