| Deposits: $300.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of departure date. |
| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 60 days before arrival date will receive a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental rate. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will receive no refund. |
| Other Policies: Absolutely no pets or smoking is permitted. Violation of either of these policies will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit.

Truly pamper yourself with brand new pillow-top mattresses, 600 count sheets and pima cotton quilts. Fully equipped kitchen includes all tools, place settings and appliances necessary for entertaining at home. Relax in complete privacy; the entire property is surrounded by 8-foot walls. Sunbathe and swim in your private courtyard that features a heated pebbletech pool, BBQ and plenty of seating. Our stay at Villa Sol was a wonderful experience. We came to AZ for my Son's wedding and needed a place to stay. It was our first experience of renting a home rather than a motel. All of us loved it. (there were 3 couples and our 18 month old grandson) It is beautifully decorated and the pool area was very nice even though it was too cool of weather to swim. It was roomy and the closet space made it very nice for us to settle in. The master bath tiled shower was the best. We loved the 8 ft walls around the house which gave us total privacy outside. Ashley was very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. We would definetely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The house is roomy and airy, with wonderful outdoors space for lounging and eating. Staying here was quiet, comfortable and relaxing, and the location made getting around to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Tempe very simple. The decorations and furnishings are tasteful with many nice finishes. The house was easy to reserve, easy to find, and easy to live in. I would be happy to stay here the next time I travel to the Phoenix area. Stepping into a private pool was a great way to start and end the day.

This is our second time renting from Sonorazona Villas. First off, Ashley at Sonorazona Villas was very prompt in her responses and a joy to work with in securing a reservation. I was able to make the initial reservation by credit card and pay the balance that way as well. Prior to our trip she set detailed directions from the airport and arranged for us to get into the house. As I said this was our second stay with the owners of this property. Six of us rented their other property Villas Monzon for a Spring Training trip last year. Both houses are very nice and tastefully decorated. We were really impressed with the nice flat panel television and home theater setup in Villa Sol, it was great for watching the NCAA tournament when we weren’t at baseball games or golfing. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough plates and silverware to accommodate more than 6 ravenous guys barbequing. The pool was a huge hit and got lots of use as well. A word to potential renters – Please don’t rent in mid March of next year, we want both houses! ; )

We stayed for 12 days at Villa Sol and had a great time. The pool was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy it. The villa was beautiful inside and out. Very spacious rooms and all the necessities we needed in the kitchen. The location was excellent and the neighborhood was very very quiet. They were prompt with eveything we needed from the time we booked it until the time we arrived home. I would highly recommend it for a great vacation home to rent. We will definitely go back and stay there again!!
