My husband and I have visited Florida for many consecutives years, staying in many places but we found a place that we almost want to keep secret and that's Dr. Holvey's beautiful homes at Marco. This is our 3rd year going back to Marco. This year we stayed at Taylor 2. We had planned a family reunion and I knew I was not going to be dissapointed at this house. Truly this home exceeded our expectations, everyone was happy and had space to enjoy and have tons of fun. It's pretty cool to feel and live like a millionare for one week.. when you stay in this mansion you forget it is just vacation.
Our most sincere thanks to Dr. Holvey & Julia for making dreams come true but most of all for sharing the joy of staying in your mansion. This house is soo impressive that when my guest pulled up they truly believed they were at the wrong house. This is the best house in the entire developement and guess what you are staying there for a full week.

What a great place I can't say enough about Taylor Court (5-6-2006
to 5-13-2006) we all had a blast at this house plenty of room matter of fact we
got lost in this house there were only 6 of us but we could of fit another 6 or
so The place is just more then we could of asked for and as For Nick him self
what a great person always around when you needed a question answered I will be
going back and staying in this house again there were so many thing around to do
we rented a boat went shelling over at a private beach where the water was
crystal clean ( wow ) and rented mope heads we went to the Naples zoo and
toured around naples for the day and had dinner one night on 5th ave wow what a
nice place ... Nick I can't Thank You enough for the great time we had and for
all you have done .. we all want to come back we had made some friends with the
Family of Owels around the corner from the house momma poppa and babie so now we
have to come back and make sure they are all ok we went and seen them everyday
and finally they got use to us being up close and personal with them ...Well
Nick Thank You and we will see you again soon and for someone looking to Rent in

06/19/06 Positive Nick, Well you know how we felt about your home everything was great the week we stayed there what more can you ask for a great man to rent from and a great house to stay at the pool the spa and the house it self was great and like we spoke about we will be staying there again and again we all had the time of our lives with everything that was around to do from the time we arrived on 5/6/2006 to 5/13/2006 we found ourselfs with something to do every day like the boat rental for the day and the trip to the Naples Zoo to the night walks in Naples even renting the mope heads what fun that was oh and also our pets the we became close to around the corner the ( OWLES ) At first they didn't want us near them but after seeing us everyday they just waited for us to visit them everyday ..Once again Nick we the Corsale family want to say Thank You a 100 times for such a great house

05/28/06 Positive We had a wonderful time at the Taylor II. The house was perfect for our party of 12. We spent time lounging in the pool/jacuzzi or using the kayak right in the backyard. With two family room areas it was easy to please everyone. The house is perfectly located; two blocks to the beach and a nice walk to the Esplande/Marina. It's large enough to have children sleeping undisturbed while adults enjoy. Thank you Nick for letting us use your home.

05/26/06 Positive This is the second time we stayed in a home owned by Nick. As we turned off Hernado and on to Taylor Ct we all started to chuckle when we saw the house. The house is amazing...if you can't have a great relaxing time here get therapy. We spent most of the time out by the pool and spa or in the kitchen / greatroom area.The only dissapointment was when "flipper" visited us in the canal and did not stand up on his tail! :) 10 of us lived there very comfortably for a week. The walk to the beach takes just a couple of minutes. You are close to the grocery store and marina; what else could you ask for. Our thanks to Nick and Julia for renting their home! It was tough to head back to Cleveland.....
