Located on a navigable Big Inlet Creek/Canal that flows into Chautauqua Lake between Mayville and Dewittville. (Its the deeper end of the lake). Nicely remodeled with brand new furnishings. This home offers many amenities including a paddle boat, fishing poles, bicyles, picnic table, Year round outdoor hot tub, washer/dryer, out door firepit, indoor wood-burning fireplace with firewood supplied! Dish Network TV/VCR. 3 bedrooms/2 baths. Sleeps up to 9. BR#1-Qu, Bd#2-2 sets of bunk beds, Bd#3-Qu, Double futon in family room and Queen sofa sleeper in living room. This property will allow a dog with an additional $225.00, $100.00 of which is a refundable security deposit. This property offers Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance for $109.73, not included in the below rate for the summer season. **SAT to SAT summer season

| Deposits: We require half down at the time of booking, and the 2nd half is due May 1st. If you are making a reservation after May 1st, we require the whole amount at the time of booking. |
