Big Island. Our condominium is in one of
the best locations in Waikoloa Villas,
fronting on the ninth fairway of the
Waikoloa Village Golf Course, with
fantastic ocean views. AS OUR GUEST YOU
WILL RECEIVE A DISCOUNTED RATE WITH
CART. The golf course views and the ocean
views are the best!
Waikoloa Villas includes two pool
complexes, each with it's own Hot
Tub/Jacuzzi,lounges and chairs, and almost
a full kitchen.(There are gas BBQ's,
tables, refrigerator, and sink so you can
cook and eat by the pool!
The condominium is a one-story, ground
level unit so you will not have to carry
your luggage, beach chairs, etc and
groceries up and down stairs.
The practical amenities include a fully
equipped kitchen, FREE WI-FI HIGH INTERNET
CONNECTION, free local calling, full
entertainment electronics, bed and bath
linens and a washer and dryer.
The well equipped kitchen includes small
appliances, microwave, dishwasher and
other typical utensils and appliances.The
central living room and the master bed
room have stunning views of the ocean and
the ninth fairway.
The condominium is within walking distance
of the golf Pro Shop. Located by the Pro
Shop are tennis courts, a swimming pool
and restaurant.
The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a
ten minute walk or a couple minute drive.
Located in the center are a full grocery
store (with deli and bakery sections),
several restaurants, a bank, pharmacy,
medical facilities and many other small
businesses you may need.
The Waikoloa Beach Resort Resort Area is
about six miles down the hill. There are
several great beaches in this area. The
Kings Shops shopping area is here with
great restaurants and lots of shopping!

Additional Fees: Cleaning fee $100; Hawaii
Lodging taxes of 12.42%; 13.42% effective 7/1/2010
A Reservation Deposit of 20% of the rental
amount with a minimum of $250 is required.
The balance is due and non-refundable 60
days prior to check-in.
There is a $50 cancellation fee.
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY Deposit of $250 is
also collected.
NOTE: Until confirmed, rates are subject

There is an additional $15 per day, per person if more than four people will be staying. Maximum of six allowed.
