This unit has a direct ocean front balcony and features a ceramic tile entry, full kitchen, washer, dryer and has hi-speed internet and cable television.The resort features a beautiful tropical landscaping and the complete building is a smoke free environment. Amenities feature and indoor/outdoor pool, and indoor hot tub, lazy river, kiddie pool and a large sun deck. The indoor/outdoor pool is truly unique in that a plexiglass raised wall separates the indoor and outdoor parts of the pool. The pool is heated and swimming is available year round. The lazy river is underneath the building and is utilized year round as well. There is a fully equipped exercise room, a seasonal outdoor Bar/Restaurant and a convenience store on site. Moments away from Broadway at the Beach and the amazing Ripley's Aquarium. No smoking. No pets. No motorcycles
