One block from City Place – architecturally unique for South Florida, this popular shopping center resembles a European town and includes more than 50 well-known retail stores, plus fine restaurants and tasty food eateries.
One block from the intercostal waterway and well within walking distance to the beaches.
Close to the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts -premier location in West Palm Beach to spend an evening and the Norton Museum of Art houses - a world-renowned collection of European, American, Chinese and contemporary art, along with rotating exhibitions. Close to Downtown West Palm Beach Retail and Entertainment District - a vibrant area lined with fashionable martini bars, trendy nightclubs, elite boutiques and fine restaurants. Cozy pubs, energetic dance clubs, concert halls and movie theaters abound throughout the downtown area, giving revelers ample choice of how to spend their evening. A short drive to Peanut Island, a popular tourist attraction that houses a bunker built for President John F. Kennedy during the Cold War. The island includes the bunker, a museum and plenty of

Also a short ride is the fascinating wildlife park of Lion Country Safari. This 500-acre drive-through park allows you to actually drive your car among wildlife including lions, ostriches, rhinoceros, giraffes, antelope, bison, chimpanzees and many other animals. Essentially this park is a cage-less zoo where the visitors
are caged within their cars. It is quite an experience to drive slowly through this area within feet of these animals where one may have to wait while thousand pound rhinoceroses cross your path!
It is a short distances to the Palm Beach Zoo at Dreher Park, to world-class beaches, fishing, golf courses, amusement park, antique show, dog racing, casino, marina and more. The property is a short ride to the West Palm Beach International Airport and easy access to the Florida Turnpike and I-95

The interior is completely furnished and has superior finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring and plush carpeting in all the bedrooms.
The living area is tastefully decorated for entertaining guests and with sofa, chairs, coffee and end tables. Tropical Artworks are accented by track and hi hat lighting. The unit has a balcony overlooking the pool area, spacious walk-in closets and a laundry with full size washer & dryer.
The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in microwave oven, dish washer, cooking range with conventional oven, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee grinder, coffee maker and a blender and is stocked with dishware, glassware and all pots and cutlery needed. Linens and towels are also included.
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, lamps, TV stand and a TV. The second bedroom has a twin bed. There is also a double sized raised air mattress that can easily sleep two people.
There is also a TV, VCR, and DVD player. The dining area has a beautiful table and comfortable seating.
The unit is centrally air-conditioned and centrally heated and the rent includes electricity, water and cable.
Amenities include a clubhouse with 24/7 fitness, resort sized pool, Jacuzzi and business center. There is also complementary valet parking most of the time.
Property Activities
The Prado will make the walk from the east towards the CityPlace entertainment-retail center even more attractive, with its Mediterranean-style architecture, street-front retail on Hibiscus and an innovative art and sculpture walk. The "Art Walk" will be lushly landscaped and feature original sculptures from many South Florida and European artists.
