All festivals are within walking distance (High Lights Festival,Jazz Festival, Film Festival, Just for Laughs, Grand Prix).
The condo includes a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and beautiful private backyard with patio furniture. The unit has two televisions with DVD players, a sound system, espresso machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer,air conditioning unit, telephone, cable internet, all linens and dishware.

The prices listed are based on accomodations for 2 occupants. Please note that there is a $15 fee per extra occupant (no charge for children under the age of 12)
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival. A $200 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival. This can be charged or paid cash, and will be returned at checkout. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless unit is re-rented. If you cancel more than 7 days prior, all payments less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order, Cashiers cheque, cash,travelers cheques.
2. PAYPAL (we do not accept credit card directly but payments can be done via Paypal from clients credit cards if they so wish to do so as we are set up to accept payments this way with Paypal). Check in and check out times are flexible and can be discussed with owner.
