The unit is within walking distance of Saint-Denis and Saint-Laurent blvd, where chic dining and trendy shopping can be enjoyed. All festivals are within walking distance (Hight Lights Festival, Jazz Festival, Film Festival, Just for Laughs, Grand Prix).
The condo includes a master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a back terrace and access to a beautiful private backyard with patio furniture. The unit has three televisions with 2 DVD players, a sound system, espresso and conventional machine, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, telephone, cable and wireless internet, all linens and dishware.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival. A $200 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival. This can be charged or paid cash, and will be returned at checkout. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless unit is re-rented. If you cancel more than 7 days prior, all payments less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order, Cashiers cheque, cash,travelers cheques.
2. PAYPAL (we do not accept credit card directly but payments can be done via Paypal from clients credit cards if they so wish to do so as we are set up to accept payments this way with Paypal). Check in and check out times are flexible and can be discussed with owner.
**A cleaning fee of $50 is applicable to rentals of 7 nights and less.
