Property Information
This cozy condominium by the beach has a spectacular view of the sparkling city by the sea (Corpus Christi), the USS Lexington, the Harbor Bridge where from your private balcony you will see Ships from all several parts of the world come and leave the Corpus Christi port. You can clearly see the beach from your private balcony and can just walk to it since it is just on the other side of our hurricane fence. This Condo has a two year old queen size Sterns and Foster pillow top mattress set for your rest and comfort. Has a fairly new sofa and recliner in the living room. Has two TVs; 1 in the bedroom and living room. Our TV Cable program supplies us with 99 channels including Showtime. In-Room phone for local & 800 calls at no extra charge!! The property has two pools, 1 heated. It has two outdoor hot tubs and several BBQ pits and picnic tables around the premises. We have a privacy fence and around the clock security for your safety. Each of the three floors has coin operated washers and dryers along with soft drink vending machines on the first floor.
Lots of swimming, fishing, sight seeing; museums, Botanical Garden, Texas Treasure Casino Cruises, Selena's Monument and Auditorium, Marinas, Theaters, The USS Lexington, Hospitals, Churhes, and Lots of Seafood Restaurants.
Our 440sq.ft.condo is located at the Villa Del Sol at North Beach, Corpus Christi, Texas 78233. The Villa is currently going through some remodeling/upgrading but does not interfere with the inside of our condo nor the spectacular view from it.
