This Get-Away beach home is only 3 years old with three Bedroom, two baths. It is now available to rent. Did I mention a hot tub in the private backyard? Beach location is a short one block walk to Lincoln Beach.
The Master bedroom (movie star theme) has it's own master bath with a two person shower. The second bedroom is the "Nautica" theme with queen size bed. Bedroom three has a theme of "shabby chic". The last two bedrooms share one large bathroom.
Tile floors in kitchen, dining room and main bathroom. Beautiful kitchen with all the trimmings. Dining room table expands to accommodate 8 people for meals. Enough tableware for 15. The backyard is completely fenced for privacy. There are lounge chairs for backyard fun.
2 TV's, DVD and CD player along with movies and music. Plenty of books, games and puzzles. Ping pong table, dart board and foosball, BBQ and crab cooker. Beach chairs, boogie boards and kites.

Effective 3.1.08 rates are at $205.00 per night with two night minimum. Price is good until end of May 2008. Summer prices are $225.00 per night with 2 night minimum.
9% tax for Oregon.
$125 REfundable cleaning deposit. If you clean upon departure, the deposit is refunded back.
Dogs are welcome with a fee of $75.00 non refundable.

11/26/07 Positive Just spent Thanksgiving at this house with our two grown daughters and family. Loved it! It is very nice! Accomodates 7 easily. Has everything you need. Close to shopping, crabbing, beach, food, casino, would do it again in a heartbeat! Owner is great to work with too! Hope to stay there again in future. 09/30/07 Positive I had a scrapbooking weekend at this house in September and it was awesome. The garage worked out so good to put all our tables and stay nice and warm while we scrapbooked into the wee hours of the morning. The hot tub was a nice treat for a long day of sitting and scrapping. The walk to the beach took only minutes to get there and then lots of beautiful beach to walk on. I would recommend this house to any one who is looking to get away and have a nice relaxing weekend, I know we are coming back to stay again :-)
