Excluding Holiday weeks then $325 per night
Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Day, Easter & Memorial Day
Summer:
June 2nd to October 31st: $195 per night
A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation to secure your
dates; the balance is due within 30 days or at check-in, whichever
occurs first. A $75 cleaning fee is applied to all stays.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, entire amount is refunded less $100 processing fee.If cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival date, no monies are
refunded.Travel insurance is strongly suggested.
