Our beautiful condo is located in the cooler elevations of the Waikoloa Village. Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views while either enjoying you morning cup of Kona coffee or having a cool beverage after a long day at the beach. Green Flashes are real here in Hawaii.

The Waikoloa Greens are located on luxuriously landscaped grounds fronting the Waikoloa Village golf course. Located along the 2 nd fairway, this turn-key furnished condo is one of the BEST DEALS around. Enjoy the huge swimming pool and whirlpool spa. The barbecue facilities are right next to the condo on a park like setting. All you need are your golf clubs and sunscreen for a great time in the year-round sunshine of Waikoloa. Additionally Waikoloa Greens is within walking distance to a full size grocery store complete with a deli and bakery section, bank, pharmacy, medical facilities and several restaurants.

Street level unit and an end unit conveniently located to enjoy the large grass area on one side, park bench and barbeque facilities.
Parking is directly in front of the unit.

Included is a Cal-King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds which can be put together to make a king bed and one queen sofa sleeper. This unit will sleep 6 comfortably.

Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of $300 + 1-night's lodging is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.

Visit an active volcanoThe Highlands Shopping Center, conveniently located near the resort, and nearby Waimea offer casual to fine dining places to eat. Kailue-Kona, a scenic drive down the coast, has an extensive variety of dining establishments.
Make sure you visit the town of Captain Cook where you will find the Kona Gold Rum Co. You can taste their world famous Macadamia nut rum cake or test and take a guided tour of the coffee factories.
Our lush tropical retreat lies deep in the heart of Hawaiian cowboy country. Their spirit comes alive next door to the resort at the fascinating Parker Ranch Museum. But the resort namesake paniolo (cowboy) is just the beginning of all there is to do on the big and exciting island.
