A luxury 3 bedroom villa with 2 full bathrooms a kitchen, dinning, living room with air conditioning ,High speed Starband internet WiFi throughout the property, Direct tv Mexican and US channels and completely secluded swimmimg pool. It sits on an acre of beautiful lush tropical land filled with a variety of palm trees and plants from the region, loaded with local birds species and 40 meters of ocean front making it the largest property for a single home in the area. Complete privacy 3 miles north of the Tulum ruins right on the Riviera Maya. On the property there is also a casita where the full time staff live and maintain Casa Portuguesa.There is a menu of a number of typical Mayan and Mexican dishes, from the finest catch of the day including lobster,shrimp and fish to a variety of chicken and meat dishes that the staff prepares and serves upon request. There is a laundry room next to the casita where all laundry for guests and main casa are washed and dryed by the staff. Its a full service completely private very very clean home, ideal for a real escape with the only sounds you'll be hearing are birds and the waves crashing up front Casa Portuguesa in Paraiso Tankah.Casa Portuguesa is walking distance to Casa Cenote restaurant which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner menus and a large selection of mixed drinks( great margaritas) and mexican beers. Also there you can find Manatee Cenote which is very beautiful and a nice refreshing fresh water snorkel. The Cenote empties into the bay right in front of the restaurant which makes a very interesting snorkel or dive. The whole bay of Tankah is dotted with coral and dive trips that are available nearby for exploring the outer reefs of Tankah.Tulum is nearby with its ruins, shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Akumal is just north with more restaurants, shops and diving. Things to do nearby : Xel-Ha snorkel park and ruins, Dos Ojos and Hidden Worlds which is a huge underground river with caves and open caverns conducive to guided snorkeling or cave/cavern dives, Coba ruins, and the dry cave tour of Aktun Chen and many more interesting attraction just minutes away.
