You can have it all!! Stay at this luxuriously furnished Cedar Glen Condo and enjoy boating, water-skiing, swimming, water parks, fishing, golf, shopping or just laying back to relax. What a spectacular view from sunrise until long after dark from your private covered deck complete with patio furniture and Gas BBQ grill. There are two swimming pools (one is heated). Our new playground, volleyball court and horseshoe pits are complete. In addition, there is a complementary garage and 10 by 24 foot boat slip. A 12 by 30 foot slip may be available, if needed to accommodate your boat. An on-site boat ramp is a definite plus. Full marine service just across the the lake from our docks.
The Niangua arm of the lake and what is under the surface is perfect for the fisherman. There are largemouth and white bass, strippers, crappies, walleyes and catfish. If one species isn’t biting another probably is. Crappie beds are installed under many of our boat slips. Bennett Springs trout fishing is only 45 minutes away.
Just minutes by water or car, visit Ha-Ha Tonka Missouri State Park and Castle ruins for hiking, biking and perhaps an opportunity to see bald eagles flying above. Photographers will enjoy the photo opportunities from the bluff's overlooks of Ha-Ha Tonka's springs and breathtaking views of the Ozarks.
Cedar Glen is across the road from one golf course (Lake Valley Country Club) and only minutes from another (Old Kinderhook Golf Course, designed by Tom Weiskopf). In addition there are twelve other courses in the area. Some are designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Robert Trent Jones Sr., Bruce Devlon and Robert Hagge.
In the fall and winter months enjoy the fireplace in the living room and the lake view. It is hard to find anything more beautiful than the hills and lake when the trees are turning or there is a light dusting of snow on the ground.
Early in the fall the Apple Festival is just 30 minutes away in Versailles where you can see a parade, craft booths, entertainment on the square and all the delicious apples you can haul home.
Ladies, how about a long weekend to get your Christmas shopping done at our many local specialty shops and the 120 plus stores on the Osage Beach Factory Outlet Mall. Spend one day at a local spa followed by dinner and a show at Main Street Music Hall. Then come back for the holidays or afterward for a romantic getaway weekend with that special someone.
Don’t miss spring at the lake. The Products and Services show in March gives consumers an opportunity to see what is new for the upcoming year. Redbud, dogwood and wild plum trees are starting to bloom. Be here in April for the Dogwood festival which features arts and crafts, parade, beauty pageant, Ozark foods, music, carnival rides and lots of family fun.
Some final information... This condo has a ramp for easy access to the front door. Cedar Glen is beautifully maintained and family friendly. No loud parties. Complex security enforces quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM so that everyone can enjoy our complex and its amenities.
This beautiful Condo is fully equipped. All you need to bring is your clothes, food, pool towels and toiletries to enjoy a wonderful visit to the quiet waters of Lake of the Ozarks.
