This oceanfront condo with a 180 degree captivating view is situated on a high bluff overlooking the pristine Seaview dunes. Perfect for those looking to unwind in comfortable first-class accommodations, Vista Del Mar is beautifully appointed with elegance and luxury. Ground level entry to the main floor includes a 1/2 bath with an open livingroom/dining area and kitchen offering a breath-taking view of the Pacific Ocean and our unspoiled sandy beach.
Venture through the glass patio doors in the livingroom to a private balcony furnished with a gas grill and outdoor dining/seating area. The livingroom offers a comfy couch and loveseat, a gas fireplace and TV with VCR/DVD. The kitchen features granite countertops and a serving bar as well as quality cooking utensils and dishes. All new SS appliances top off this well-equipped galley.
As you journey up the stairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a private full bath. The oceanfront bedroom also offers a jetted tub for a delightfully luxurious soak, complete with ocean view. The second bedroom includes a TV/DVD player for private viewing of your favorite movies. This unit is at the end of the building providing additional windows to enjoy the scenic vista.
Enjoy a short walk to the beach - less than 15 minutes down the path. Even closer is an access point for our unique Discovery Trail - a paved walking/bicycling trail that meanders through the dunes all the way to north Long Beach and south to Beard's Hollow. Famous for it's kite-friendly breezes, our beach is the best for leisurely strolls, bird watching, storm watching, hiking and for anyone looking for an abundance of FRESH air. The ever-present surf furnishes a natural sense of well-being and restoration.
This special retreat is a short drive to an abundance of local activities and shops. Located on the bluff in Seaview on the Long Beach Peninsula - famous for great family vacation. Just a 3-4 hour drive from Seattle, WA or 2-3 hours from Portland, OR.

Additional guests are $10/person/night. 2 Night Minimum. Refundable cleaning/damage/pet deposit and rent plus tax required for reservation. Cancellation must be two weeks prior to avoid fee. Guests are asked to do light housekeeping if staying a week or longer.
