Property Information
We built this retreat with your family in mind. It will sleep as many as 10 people, has two TVs with separate receivers and VCR, two full baths, large front and back porches, and much more. Situated in the heart of the Snowbird Mountains on Snowbird Creek the outdoor enthusiast will be as close to paradise as they can get on this earth. Fishing, Tubing, Hiking, Whitewater, Horseback riding you name it this area has it. You can catch your limit of Rainbow or Browns without starting your car. Hike to waterfalls or a stretch of the Appalachian Trail. Tranquility and seclusion on a private road affords long quiet walks and a safe place for the kids to act like kids. This is our fourth year and we can now say that 50% of our guests have been here at least once before, now that says something.

We will rent by the night in the off season. Please call or email for nightly rates.
We rent Saturday to Saturday in season. There is a $50 pet fee if you bring a pet or pets.
One fee covers all pets. We ask for a $350 deposit to hold a reservation.
You can send us a personal check and pay the balance upon arrival.
No time is considered rented until a deposit is in hand.
If you are in a hurry and willing to pay the 3% fee we do accept PayPal.
Usually just tell us you want the week and get a check in the mail is fine.
All fees are subject to North Carolina and Graham County Sales Taxes equal to 10%
