Vacation Rental Policies
| Deposits: $400.00 refundable security deposit, $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 50% of the total rental fee are due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
$400.00 security deposit is fully refundable upon satisfactory check-out. All security deposits will be refunded within 4 weeks of departure date.

We really enjoyed our Christmas stay here. Easy access from the airport, perhaps 15 - 20 minutes. A wonderful surprise was the beautiful Christmas lighting along Chandler Drive as we passed through Ahwatukee; cactii and native trees algow in a sea of white lights. We found out later that this was a commbination effort of the municiaplity and a lot of volunteers. Great job! The house itself is beautiful and really well designed. In effect, there are two wings; one featuring a large master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. The other wing is actually a self-contained suite. It was perfect for our family. The weather didn't cooperate; it was pretty cool for our stay and we never did get a chance to get into the pool. But even so, it was nice just sitting around the pool and enjoying the sun. It is an outstanding location in a small, gated community on the side of a hill -- close enough to ammenities but a bit removed from the hustle and bustle. And finally, the owners get full marks. They are pleasant and extremely helpful without being intrusive. We recommend this rental wholeheartedly.
