Newer construction in unique soundside community.
Over 3000 heated square foot, 5 Bedrooms, 4 1/2
Baths. Exquisite pool behind house. Homeowners
association owns its own private island in the sound
with a covered pavilion (great for eating lunch and
watching the boats go by, watching dolphins feed, or
crabbing. It also serves as a great place to launch your
kayak). Association also owns an open air trolley or
"Jitney" that will take you to and from the beaches,
aquarium and shopping whenever you want to go.
This is a non-smoking house and there are also no pets
allowed.
The house is fully-equipped and stocked with high end
furnishings including Kingsdown bedding in all
bedrooms, Lloyd and Flanders Wicker in greatroom,
Smart Wired house with high speed (Road Runner)
internet in just about every room, a 40 inch LCD in
great room, elevator, outside shower, and the list goes
on and on.
Master bedroom has private kitchenette with balcony
that overlooks the pool and has great views of the
sound. A great place to enjoy that first cup of coffee in
the morning or that last cocktail in the evening.
Playground and pool directly behind house. Watch the
kids from the deck while grilling your fresh catch. The
house has sound views and ocean views.
