Property Information
Nice Family home located near the village of Lakewood. This home is located on 50ft of lakefront and offers full kitchen,living room with great lake views. Other amenities include cable TV/VCR, Charcoal grill, washer/dryer, DSL Internet service, and ping pong table in the basement. The dock is for loading and unloading only, water is very shallow - there is a buoy in deeper water that you can tie a boat to. No break wall - allowing easy access to the lake. Sleeps 7-8:BR#1-DBL + TW Trundle, BR#2-DBL, BR#3-2 TWs. This property will accept a pet for an addtional $225.00, $100.00 of which is a refundable security deposit provided no damage is done. (MUST CLEAN UP AFTER PET). NO SMOKING! **RENTS SAT-SAT** Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance is also available for $90.37 per week, not included in below rate.
